NOVELTY - The detector has a base plate formed with two metal electrode patterns that are respectively provided with two metal electrodes. The two metal electrodes are connected with each other. The two metal electrode patterns are matched with each other to form a graphite electrode. The graphite electrode is located between the two metal electrodes. A graphene is formed with a metal contact layer pattern that is provided with two metal contact electrodes. The two metal contact electrodes are respectively connected with two metal electrodes. The two metal contact electrodes are made of metal material. USE - Graphene photo detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector has better detecting performance, and improves working efficiency and increases photo-electric sensing frequency range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene photo detector manufacturing method.
