NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material, involves (i) mixing, grinding and shearing the graphene quantum dots and/or graphene micro-plates and nano-metal element/nano-metal compounds under the ultrasonic action to prepare composite slurry material or composite powder material where the weight of graphene quantum dots and/or graphene micro-plates is 0.01-35% of the total weight of the mixture, and (ii) drying the resulting composite slurry material or composite powder material to obtain three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high hardness, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, and is easy to be processed. The three-dimensional printing product has excellent mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material, involves (i) mixing, grinding and shearing the graphene quantum dots and/or graphene micro-plates and nano-metal element/nano-metal compounds under the ultrasonic action to prepare composite slurry material or composite powder material, where the ultrasonic action is generated by an ultrasound head or ultrasound device at a frequency of 10-100 KHz, and the weight of the graphene quantum dots and/or the graphene micro-plates is 0.01-35% of the total weight of the mixture, and (ii) drying the resulting composite slurry material or composite powder material to obtain three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material prepared by using the preparation method of three-dimensional printing graphene-metal composite material.
