NOVELTY - Carbon-based conductive ink filler comprises 40-50 wt.% epoxy resin, 20-30 wt.% graphene, 10-20 wt.% conductive carbon black, 2-5 wt.% super dispersant and 8-15 wt.% mixed solvent. USE - As carbon-based conductive ink filler. ADVANTAGE - The filler has excellent conductivity, is easily dispersed in connecting resin, and improves the conductivity uniformity of conductive ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the filler, involving (a) uniformly stirring graphene and epoxy resin, adding conductive carbon black, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain mixed material, (b) adding super dispersant and mixed solvent to mixed material, and uniformly stirring and mixing, and (c) adding dispersed mixed material to grinder, and grinding to desired particle size to obtain the filler.
