▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Silver vanadium oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite comprises a silver precursor, vanadium precursor and graphene oxide in a weight ratio of 4.83:7:1 to serve as a cathode for zinc ion battery. USE - Silver vanadium oxide-reduced graphene oxide composite. ADVANTAGE - The composite enhances the electrochemical performance of the aqueous rechargeable zinc ion batteries, and is stable, and exhibits no signs of dissolution in different concentrations of aqueous electrolyte over a long period of time, reduces charge transfer resistance to ensure high rate capability, and has enhanced surface absorption capacity leading to high power density, excellent cyclic stability, specific capacity and improved structural stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for fabrication of the composite, involving (a) mixing vanadium pentoxide and silver oxide with water in a beaker to obtain a solution, and stirring for 30-90 minute to obtain a homogeneous solution, (b) adding graphene oxide to the homogeneous solution by vigorously stirring for 30-90 minutes to obtain a reaction mixture, (c) transferring the reaction mixture into an autoclave maintained at 175-185 degrees C for 20-30 hours to sterilize the reaction mixture, and (d) centrifuging the sterilized reaction mixture, multiple washing with water and ethanol, and lyophilizing the washed mixture to obtain the composite.
