NOVELTY - The device has a tank main portion (1) which is provided with jacket (2). The upper portion of jacket is provided with hot water or steam inlet (3) and hot water or steam outlet (4). The stirring device is provided with a motor (5) and a stirring shaft (6). The motor is fixed on tank main portion. The stirring shaft is located on the middle section of the tank main portion through the motor. An air outlet is assembled with an axial flow fan (13). USE - Graphene expansion reaction device.
