NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-modified rabbit hair fibers involves performing rabbit hair fiber pretreatment process by subjecting the rabbit hair fibers containing several impurities in the surface to a scouring pretreatment process, washing the rabbit hair fibers with deionized water, and drying at 85-95 degrees C, carrying out modification and grafting process by placing the pretreated rabbit hair fibers in a conical flask comprising 0.07-0.09 mg/mL graphene oxide solution and a solution containing L-cysteine at a concentration of 0.03-0.05 mol/L and a mass fraction of 0.7-0.9%, performing an ultrasonic treatment process by ultrasonically treating the rabbit hair fibers at an ultrasonic power of 80-100 W and a water bath temperature of 70-80 degrees C for a treatment time of 50-70 minutes, and carrying out post-treatment process by washing the treated graphene-modified rabbit hair fibers with anhydrous ethanol, and drying in an oven at 65-75 degrees C. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified rabbit hair fibers used for manufacturing textile for far-infrared health care. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene-modified rabbit hair fibers with excellent antibacterial properties, antistatic property, anti-ultraviolet property, smoothness, cohesion property, breathability, moisture permeability, and spinnability, and reduced static electricity generation property, while increasing friction property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-modified rabbit hair fibers involves preparing a L-cysteine mixed solution by dissolving L-cysteine in deionized water for preparing a solution of L-cysteine at a concentration of 0.03-0.05 mol/L, stirring by rotating a magnetic stirrer at 20 rpm for 5 minutes for fully dissolving the L-cysteine solids, preparing a mixed solution of graphene oxide and L-cysteine by taking 5 g/L graphene oxide solution, and adding 0.03-0.05 mol/L L-cysteine solution with respect to 500 mL graphene oxide solution, performing rabbit hair fiber pretreatment process by subjecting the rabbit hair fibers containing several impurities in the surface to a scouring pretreatment process for removing the surface oil and natural impurities, treating the rabbit hair fibers using deionized water for 1 hour, under standard conditions, such that the concentration of sodium carbonate becomes 0.06-0.08 mol/L and the bath ratio becomes 80:1-120:1, washing the rabbit hair fibers with deionized water, and drying at 85-95 degrees C, carrying out modification and grafting process by placing the pretreated rabbit hair fibers having a bath ratio of 180:1-220:1 in a conical flask comprising 0.07-0.09 mg/mL graphene oxide solution and a solution containing L-cysteine at a concentration of 0.03-0.05 mol/L and a mass fraction of 0.7-0.9%, performing an ultrasonic treatment process by ultrasonically treating the rabbit hair fibers at an ultrasonic power of 80-100 W and a water bath temperature of 70-80 degrees C for a treatment time of 50-70 minutes, and carrying out post-treatment process by washing the treated graphene-modified rabbit hair fibers with anhydrous ethanol, and drying in an oven at 65-75 degrees C.
