NOVELTY - Graphene modified ship heavy anti-corrosion polymer coating comprises 20-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 25-30 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 7-9 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. nano-composite graphene oxide, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 15-20 pts. wt. organic solvent and 1.3-1.6 pts. wt. n-butanol. USE - Graphene modified ship heavy-duty anticorrosive polymer coating used in field of ocean ship protection. Uses include but are not limited to marine, marine oil, steel structure and concrete. ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified ship heavy anti-corrosion polymer coating has excellent adhesive property, size stability, medium resistance and mechanical strength and characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method graphene modified ship heavy anti-corrosion polymer coating comprising: (1) placing bisphenol A, pentaerythritol triglycidyl ether and potassium tert-butoxide in a container, under the protection of nitrogen, adding tetrahydrofuran solvent at 120℃ to react for 20 hours, after finishing reaction, using ethanol for precipitating, drying to obtain the epoxy resin; (2) dispersing 5- 10 g graphene oxide in 50 ml 70% ethanol solution, ultrasonicating for 1-2 hours and dispersing; under the condition of stirring, adding 50 ml silica sol with mass concentration of 30 % and 5 ml triethoxy (vinyl) silane, transferring the mixed solution to the reaction vessel, naturally cooling at 150℃, thermla insulating for 3 hours, drying the solid in the vacuum drying box at 60℃, taking out and grinding, obtaining the nano composite graphene oxide, (3) preparing each raw material, mixing the epoxy resin, organic solvent, n-butanol by a stirrer uniformly, then adding zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, nano composite graphene oxide, high speed stirring for 10-20 minutes, using100 meshes filter screen and packing to obtain the final product.
