NOVELTY - Preparing organic matter degradation catalytic material in waste water comprises (i) dissolving ferrous chloride hexahydrate and sodium acetate in the solvent, mixing uniformly, adding into hydrothermal kettle, stirring and reacting for 5-10 hours to obtain the Fe3O4 nano particles; (ii) dispersing the Fe3O4 nano-particles in water, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding into the polytetrafluoroethylene lining of the reaction kettle, under the set temperature of the oven, heating for 10-24 hours; (iii) adding the mixed solution obtained in the step (ii), adding sodium chloride solution under the stirring state, adding acetic acid, adjusting the pH of the solution to 4-5, stirring, then gradually adding silver nitrate solution, stirring for 2-5 hours; and (iv) irradiating for 2-5 hours under the ultraviolet light, separating by magnet, and water washing to neutral. USE - The method is useful for preparing organic matter degradation catalytic material in waste water. ADVANTAGE - The method: can realizea the degradation of organic matter in wastewater by catalyzing the prepared composite magnetic nano material; ensures degradation rate of MB in wastewater by the catalytic material for degradation of organic matter in wastewater can reach 93%, can be applied to the degradation of organic matter in wastewater, and the degradation effect is significant.
