▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Hydrophilic self-lubricating microsphere comprises 80-99 wt.% styrene-acrylamide copolymer microspheres and 0.5-20 wt.% sulfonated graphene, where styrene-acrylamide copolymer microsphere is obtained by copolymerization of styrene monomer and acrylamide monomer in a mass ratio of 20:1-5:2. USE - Hydrophilic self-lubricating microspheres are useful as hydrophilic self-lubricating filler in functional coatings, composite materials and functional film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hydrophilic self-lubricating microsphere comprising (i) adding emulsifier, buffer, 1/2 of styrene monomer and acrylamide-based monomer dissolved in water into three-necked reaction flask provided with a thermometer and a reflux condensing tube, (ii) adding half of initiator dissolved in water into three-necked reaction flask, stirring, heating, then adding remaining styrene and acrylamide monomer, (iii) adding remaining initiator into three-necked flask, heating to reflux temperature, then cooling to 50 degrees C to obtain styrene-acrylamide copolymer microspheres dispersion, (iv) dispersing sulfonated graphene in water to obtain aqueous sulfonated graphene dispersion liquid, (v) cooling styrene-acrylamide copolymer microsphere dispersion to room temperature, adding sulfonated graphene dispersion while stirring to obtain styrene-acrylamide copolymer/sulfonated graphene composite microsphere dispersion, (vi) separating, washing and drying to obtain styrene-acrylamide copolymer/sulfonated graphene composite microsphere i.e. hydrophilic lubricating microsphere powder; and #use of hydrophilic self-lubricating microspheres as hydrophilic self-lubricating filler in functional coatings, composite materials and functional film, where the filler is used along with aqueous resin having self-cleaning, anti-fouling, anti-adhesion, anti-fog and anti-icing functions.
