▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite molecular sieve comprises silicon-based molecular sieve core body and graphene oxide shell layer coated on the outer surface of the silicon-based molecular sieve core body, where silicon-based molecular sieve core body has porous structure, and their surface divided into hole inner surface and an outer surface, silicon-based molecular sieve core body includes MFI type molecular sieve, Y-type molecular sieve, beta-type molecular sieve, mordenite type molecular sieve and/or MWW type molecular sieve. USE - The composite molecular sieve is useful in catalyst for preparing caprolactam from cyclohexanone oxime (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite molecular sieve: is large axial and radial strength; when applied to catalyze the gas phase rearrangement reaction of cyclohexanone oxime has high selectivity and conversion rate. The method: reduces the use of other forming additives; is easy preparation process, low cost and environmental friendly. The catalyst: has excellent stability and long operating life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite molecular sieve comprising taking silicon-based molecular sieve core body, coating graphene oxide shell on the outer surface of the silicon-based molecular sieve to obtain final product.
