NOVELTY - Liquid steel purifying agent comprises 15-40 wt.% iron oxide, 10-22 pts. wt. calcium oxide, 10-18 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 3-9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 15-30 pts. wt. lignin, 0-5 pts. wt. graphene, 0-5 pts. wt. sodium tannin and 5-10 pts. wt. adhesive. USE - Liquid steel purifying agent used for stainless steel. ADVANTAGE - The liquid steel purifying agent is cost-effective, has strong deoxidizing ability and strong steel slag oxidation and good deoxidizing, desulfurizing, absorbing impurity in the steel effect, effectively removes impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus, improves the structure of non-metal impurities in the steel and molten steel fluidity and effectively purifies molten steel. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing molten steel purifying agent, which involves bonding raw material components of the molten steel purifier through a disk granulator to form a granular purifier; and (2) a method for using molten steel purifying agent, which involves pouring molten steel purifier for stainless steel into the bottom of the ladle at a rate of 1-3 kg/t molten steel before tapping.
