NOVELTY - Silver/graphene low temperature curing conductive adhesive comprises 20-60 wt.% epoxy resin, 40-70 wt.% nano silver powder, 0-5 wt.% graphene, 8-24 wt.% curing agent, 0.01-3 wt.% accelerator, 0.1-6 wt.% reactive diluent, 1-6 wt.% non-reactive diluent, 0.01-3 wt.% leveling agent and 0.01-3 wt.% defoamers, where sum of the above components is 100 wt.%. USE - The conductive adhesive is useful in preparing conductive film and conductor (all claimed); and in electronic devices printed circuit and light emitting chip bonding. ADVANTAGE - The conductive adhesive has low temperature curing, high electrical conductivity, high anti-shear strength and long storage period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing silver/graphene low-temperature curing conductive adhesive comprising mixing nano silver powder with graphene, performing ultrasonic dispersion in alcohol solvent, then mixing reactive diluent, non-reactive diluent, curing agent, promoter, leveling agent or defoaming agent with nano-sized silver powder and graphene, stirring and performing ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes, grinding and dispersing at high-speed in a machine, mixing slurry, coating conductive adhesive on polyethylene terephthalate film, then performing low temperature heating and rapid curing; (2) use of silver/graphene low-temperature curing conductive adhesive in preparing conductive film comprising coating mixed conductive adhesive on polyethylene terephthalate film to form conductive layer having diameter of 25 mm and thickness of 0.2 mm, placing in blast oven, heating at 150-200 degrees C, curing for 30 minutes to obtain conductive film; and (3) use of silver/graphene low-temperature curing conductive adhesive in preparing conductor comprising coating mixed conductive adhesive on two stainless steel metal lap surface, where metal sheet length is 100 mm, width is 25 mm, thickness is 2 mm, lap surface length is 12.5 mm, placing in blast oven, heating at 150-200 degrees C, and curing for 30 minutes to obtain conductor.
