NOVELTY - A graphene heat-dissipation film-containing alloy material comprises a substrate made of alloy, and a graphene film which covers the surface of the substrate. The alloy is a copper alloy, an iron alloy or an aluminum alloy. The graphene film is a single layer or 2-1000 layers. USE - Graphene heat-dissipation film-containing alloy material is used for heat-transfer, heat-dissipation and heat-exchange components of electronic equipment. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat-dissipation film-containing alloy material has improved thermal conductivity, and heat-dissipation and heat-transfer characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene heat-dissipation film-containing alloy material, which involves removing chemical impurity of the alloy substrate using dilute hydrochloric acid, cleaning, drying, placing the dried alloy substrate in a chemical vapor deposition reaction chamber, sealing the reaction chamber, reducing the pressure of the chemical vapor deposition reaction chamber, introducing hydrogen and protective gas, heating, then introducing carbon-containing gas and protective gas, heating such that the carbon-containing gas is cracked and deposited as graphene on the alloy surface, and cooling.
