▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of graphene oxide involves (i) mixing graphite with a strong acid to obtain a graphite oxide, (ii) exfoliating a layered structure of graphite oxide by mixing with a strong oxidizing agent, increasing the temperature to 20-25° C and stirring for 18-24 hours, (iii) converting the exfoliated graphite oxide into graphene oxide by applying heat at 40-55° C for 20-40 hours, (iv) removing residual materials other than graphene oxide synthesized through the conversion, (v) washing the solution containing the graphene oxide with deionized water and separating, and (vi) pulverizing the solution containing the graphene oxide into graphene oxide particles by vacuum-freeze-drying. USE - Production of graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables large-scale production of graphene oxide, with controlled explosion caused by the strong oxidizing agent. The graphene oxide has a relatively higher oxidation degree than that of the existing graphene oxide, and a wide distribution of defects, so that various chemical reactions can be efficiently induced.
