NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene powder comprises adding natural graphite flake to acid, mixing, stirring for 1 minute at normal temperature, adding catalyst with expansion intercalation agent, continuously stirring for 1-3 minutes, standing at room temperature, reacting for 5 minutes to 1 hour to obtain graphene precursor; filtering, washing with water, and sonicating with stripping agent for 5 minutes to 1 hour of ultrasonic peeling off to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; centrifuging, recycling ultrasonic peeling agent, water washing, and filtering; and freezing and drying. USE - Method for preparing graphene powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has high quality, uniform structure, and low cost and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene powder comprises adding natural graphite flake to acid, mixing, stirring for 1 minute at normal temperature, adding catalyst with expansion intercalation agent, continuously stirring for 1-3 minutes, standing at room temperature, reacting for 5 minutes to 1 hour to obtain graphene precursor, where ratio of crystalline flake graphite, acidic layer solution, catalyst and expansion intercalation agent is 1:1300:0.001-0.1:5-100; acid liquid is concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid, concentrated nitric acid or glacial acetic acid; catalyst is silver sulfate, sodium chloride, ferric chloride, manganese dioxide, EDTA, or sodium hypochlorite; and expandable intercalation agent is ammonium oxalate, ammonium carbonate, calcium ammonium nitrate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium sulfate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium percarbonate, potassium bisulfate, or potassium bisulfate; filtering, washing with water, and sonicating with stripping agent for 5 minutes to 1 hour to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; centrifuging, recycling ultrasonic peeling agent, water washing, and filtering; and freeze-drying.
