NOVELTY - The rechargeable battery low efficiency prevention and life extension device (100) has a magnetic module (190), where a charging efficiency increasing module (130) and another charging efficiency increasing module (160) are electrically connected. The magnetic circulation force by the magnetic module is formed around the former charging efficiency increasing module. An insulating film module (180) is provided, where the latter charging efficiency increasing module is not short-circuited. The former charging efficiency increasing module is formed on a positive terminal of a rechargeable battery (170). The latter charging efficiency increasing module is formed on a negative terminal of the rechargeable battery. The power is supplied to the rechargeable battery. USE - Rechargeable battery low efficiency prevention and life extension device for preventing the low efficiency and the extending life of a rechargeable battery. ADVANTAGE - The charging efficiency increasing module is formed on a positive terminal of a rechargeable battery, where the power is supplied to a rechargeable battery, and hence ensures providing a safe and highly efficient rechargeable battery low efficiency prevention and life extension device and extends the life of a rechargeable battery by increasing the efficiency of the rechargeable battery, and also increases the engine output while connecting the current adjustment load and the engine.
