NOVELTY - Power lithium battery cooling system comprises graphene thermal conductive film, the thermal conductive film and metal heat sink at electrode of the battery. The production of metal heat sink comprises ball-milling spherical aluminum powder into flakes, treating with polyvinyl alcohol, adsorbing hydrophilic polyvinyl alcohol on surface of aluminum sheet, ultrasonically dispersing graphene nanosheets in acetone, adding graphene nanosheet suspension into metal powder slurry, vacuum drying at 70degrees Celsius, vacuum sintering, adding graphite into mixture of 120 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide at 80degrees Celsius, cooling, adding deionized water to dilute, washing, drying under vacuum, adding pretreated graphite into concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate and sodium nitrate, adding deionized water and 30% hydrogen peroxide, pretreating carbon nanotubes, mixing graphene solution with carbon nanotube solution, and ultrasonically treating. USE - The system is useful in power lithium battery radiating device, a high endurance electric vehicle, an electric bicycle, and a hybrid electric bicycle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical and greatly improves the wettability of aluminum and carbon, generates strong hydrogen bond between the aluminum and graphene oxide, and inhibits reagglomeration of graphene.
