▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing dense stretchable self-healing thermoelectric composite film comprises (a) dissolving the elastic polymer with self-healing function in the solvent, dispersing the conductive nano filler in the resulting solution to obtain a spinning solution, where the mass ratio of conductive nanofiller to elastic polymer with self-healing function is 0-0.4 and not 0 and mass fraction of elastic polymer with self-healing function in the spinning solution is 5-25 wt.%, (b) electrospinnig the spinning solution in step (a), using a high-speed drum or parallel metal plate electrodes as the receiving plate to prepare aligned and tightly packed nanofiber membranes and heating. USE - The composite film is useful in wear-resistant electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process, easy operation, short cycle and high controllability; is suitable for large-scale industrial production. The prepared thermoelectric composite film has good self-healing function, flexibility and stretchability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) dense stretchable self-healing thermoelectric composite film is prepared by the above mentioned method; and (2) use of dense stretchable self-healing thermoelectric composite film in wear-resistant manner.
