NOVELTY - Preparing negatively charged graphene oxide-based drilling fluid loss reducer, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in solvent to form uniform dispersion system, and adding organic amine and multiple amino groups-containing amide condensing agent into the dispersion system, stirring evenly, and heating for reaction, collecting and washing the solid product after the reaction, (ii) dispersing the solid product prepared in step (i) in solvent to form uniform dispersion system, and adding 4,4'-azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid) as initiator and amide condensing agent into the dispersion system, stirring evenly, and heating for reaction, and (iii) dispersing the solid product prepared in step (ii) in solvent to form uniform dispersion system, and adding negatively charged monomer or mixture of uncharged monomer and negatively charged monomer into the dispersion system, stirring evenly, removing oxygen in the reaction system, stirring and heating to carry out polymerization reaction. USE - The method is useful for preparing negatively charged graphene oxide-based drilling fluid loss reducer. ADVANTAGE - The negatively charged graphene oxide-based drilling fluid loss reducer: significantly reduces the fluid loss rate of the drilling fluid, therefore significantly improves drilling efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing negatively charged graphene oxide-based drilling fluid loss reducer, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in solvent to form uniform dispersion system, and adding organic amine and multiple amino groups-containing amide condensing agent into the dispersion system, stirring evenly, and heating for reaction, collecting and washing the solid product after the reaction, (ii) dispersing the solid product prepared in step (i) in solvent to form uniform dispersion system, and adding 4,4'-azobis(4-cyanovaleric acid) as initiator and amide condensing agent into the dispersion system, stirring evenly, heating for reaction, collecting and washing the solid product after the reaction, and (iii) dispersing the solid product prepared in step (ii) in solvent to form uniform dispersion system, and adding negatively charged monomer or mixture of uncharged monomer and negatively charged monomer into the dispersion system, stirring evenly, removing oxygen in the reaction system, stirring and heating under an inert atmosphere to carry out polymerization reaction, collecting and washing after the reaction to obtain final product.
