NOVELTY - Preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material, comprises (i) preparing 3-5 pts. wt. carbon nanotube, 4-6 pts. wt. cross linking agent, 3-5 pts. wt. catalyst, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene and 4-6 pts. wt. active agent, (ii) adding carbon nanotubes and graphene to a ball mill for ball milling to obtain carbon nanotube powder and graphene powder, (iii) mixing carbon nanotube powder and graphene powder, gradually adding cross linking agent, catalyst and active agent during mixing treatment to obtain mixed slurry, (iv) adding the mixed slurry into the molding, placing the molding into the drying box for drying treatment and after the drying is completed and the mixed slurry is hot-pressed and formed by a hot press to obtain preliminary sample, (v) sintering the preliminary sample to finally to obtain anti-electromagnetic shielding composite material and (vi) inspecting the appearance of the anti-electromagnetic shielding composite material and packing after passing the inspection. USE - The method is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has reduces the production cost, the preparation process is simple and high prepared electromagnetic shielding composite material. The machine body is fixedly connected with a protective cover.
