▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-temperature-resistant proton-exchange membrane comprises 20-70 wt.% sulfonated polytrifluorostyrene resin, 10-50 wt.% perfluorosulfonic acid resin, and 0.01-2 wt.% sulfonated graphene having a particle size of 500 nm to 50 mu m, a thickness of 1-20 nm, and a carbon/sulfur molar ratio of 12:1-6:1. USE - High-temperature-resistant proton-exchange membrane is used in fuel cells, liquid flow batteries, and chlor-alkali industries. ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature-resistant proton-exchange membrane has excellent proton conductivity and oxidation resistance, and a use life of more than 5000 hours. The membrane can be prepared by a simple, economical, safe and environmentally-friendly method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of proton-exchange membrane, which involves dissolving the three components in a mass ratio of 0.01-2:20-70:10-50 in an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution, casting the mixed solution, and drying at 60-150 degrees C.
