▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Copper-iron-based composite friction material comprises 1 -6 wt.% tungsten carbide, 3-5 wt.% nickel, 1-2 wt.% manganese, 1-2 wt.% chromium, 6 wt.% copper clad graphite and 0.1-0.4 wt.% graphene and copper-clad iron powder iron-copper (remaining amount). USE - The material is useful for braking. ADVANTAGE - The brake copper-based composite friction material has low porosity and uniform distribution, enhances continuity of lubricating film, graphene generated in the friction process is better transmitted to the friction material, structure is not damaged, keeping integrity of graphene while reducing agglomeration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of brake copper-based composite friction material.
