NOVELTY - The device has a micro-pore filter plate (111) and a heat storage ceramic plate (112) formed with small holes, where pore diameter of the small holes on the micro-pore filter plate is less than that pore diameter of the small holes on the heat storage ceramic plate. A fresh air inlet (200) is connected with a rough hole filter (210) and a heat exchange area (110). A cloud air inlet (400) is connected with multiple turbid air radiating pipes (410) after the cloud air inlet is connected with the heat exchange area to from a dirty air outlet (500). USE - Heat energy recycling device for a high-efficiency full-heat exchange type fresh air exchange system. ADVANTAGE - The device is simple in structure and inexpensive, and has high heat exchange efficiency, better energy-saving effect and better air filtering effect.
