NOVELTY - A coating comprises 13-16 pts. wt. graphene, 20-27 pts. wt. zinc powder, 14-16 pts. wt. chrome powder, 10-12 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 6-8 pts. wt. tin powder, 30-35 pts. wt. PTFE resin, 10-15 pts. wt. silicone resin, 1-1.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.01-0.03 pt. wt. drier and remaining solvent. USE - Coating used for surface of magnetic separator used for mineral sorting. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high electron and hole carrier mobility, and high hardness (provided by graphene oxide), reduces eddy current generated by the rotation of the magnetic roller in the magnetic field to reduce the driving power and the heating degree of magnetic roller. The coating effectively reduces the energy consumption, while preventing erosion of mineral particles on the magnetic roller which can generate great abrasion, avoids the abrupt decline in the magnetic field gradient, and does not affect mineral sorting index.
