NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified phenolic resin comprises e.g. dissolving silane coupling agent in an alcoholic water mixture and then stirring, adding mixture to a stirring furnace, heating, mixing at high-speed, then adding graphene and then stirring, carrying out heat-treatment of mixture to obtain modified graphene, adding diluent and first part of phenolic resin into high-speed dispersion machine, stirring at first stirring speed to dissolve phenolic resin, reducing stirring speed, adding modified graphene and then stirring at second stirring speed to obtain pre-dispersion liquid. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified phenolic resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin improves the compatibility of the graphene in the resin, improves the degree of dispersion of graphene and improves the efficiency of materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified phenolic resin comprises (i) dissolving silane coupling agent in an alcoholic water mixture and then stirring, (ii) adding mixture obtained in step (i) to a stirring furnace, heating, mixing at high-speed, then adding graphene and then stirring, (iii) carrying out heat-treatment of mixture obtained in step (ii) at 80-200 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain modified graphene, (iv) adding diluent and first part of phenolic resin into high-speed dispersion machine, stirring at first stirring speed to dissolve phenolic resin, reducing stirring speed, adding modified graphene obtained in step (iii) and then stirring at second stirring speed to obtain pre-dispersion liquid, and (v) adding pre-dispersion liquid obtained in step (iv) to residual phenolic resin in a high-speed disperser and then stirring to obtain graphene modified phenolic resin.
