DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A lithium iron silicate/graphene composite positive electrode material preparing method involves pickling husk, washing, filtering, drying to give alkali metal oxides husk. The alkali metal oxide impurities are removed from the husk at low temperature at low temperature oxidation under aerobic conditions to obtain carbon-containing rice hull ash, where the mass ratio carbon in rice hull ash and lithium is 1: 5. Lithium source is mixed to obtain a mixture. The obtained mixture is annealed at 600-900 degrees C for 1-12 hours, to obtain lithium metasilicate/graphene composite material. The iron source is added to the composite material, followed by continuously adding water or ethanol mix ball-milling for 3-20 hours, and drying to obtain wet milling material under an inert atmosphere, calcinicing at 500-800 degrees C for 1-20 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water and drying to obtain finished product.
