NOVELTY - Preparing wearable anticorrosive modified epoxy resin coating by nano particle hybrid silica sol comprises e.g. adding mixed solvent to graphene nano sheets KH550, obtaining coupled modified graphene nano sheet material slurry and component A, mixing isopropanol and deionized water, adding into component A, obtaining organic-inorganic hybrid silica sol, dissolving coupling agent in mixed solvent, adding nano silica and alumina, obtaining coupled modified nano particles, mixing above mixing material, adding epoxy resin, heating, obtaining component B, and adding component B and component A. USE - The method is useful for preparing wearable anticorrosive modified epoxy resin coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing wearable anticorrosive modified epoxy resin coating by nano particle hybrid silica sol, comprises adding mixed solvent to graphene nano sheets KH550, ultrasonically processing to obtain coupled modified graphene nano sheet material slurry, mixing KH560, ethyl silicate and isopropanol to obtain component A, mixing isopropanol and deionized water, slowly dropping into component A, carrying out hydrolysis reaction and polycondensation reaction to obtain organic-inorganic hybrid silica sol, dissolving coupling agent in the mixed solvent, adding nano silica and nano alumina while stirring, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the coupled modified nano particles, mixing the above mixing material, adding epoxy resin, stirring uniformly, heating, adding organosilica defoamer and tributyl phosphate, mixing uniformly with component A, dissolving curing agent in the mixed solvent to obtain component B, slowly adding component B into component A, and stirring to obtain modified epoxy resin coating.
