NOVELTY - The film has a film body fixed with an insulating reflective aluminum foil or a dielectric coating reflective film layer, a dual-sided high thermal conductivity molten copper foil and silver-plated interface terminals. USE - Graphene far-infrared electrothermal film. ADVANTAGE - The film realizes better heat conduction effect, uniform thermal energy distribution effect and high electrothermal conversion rate. The film quickly and uniformly distributes heat energy by radiation, convection and heat conduction process, improves insulation performance in a better manner to reduce large leakage current of an electrostatic field generated during heating and temperature rise of the electric heating film, thus improving product safety and increasing electrothermal conversion rate. The film reduces ignition phenomenon caused by poor contact of the copper foil during long-term use of a product, and adopts silver plating technology to prevent long-term use of the film interface terminal and avoids aging phenomenon and fires and accidents so as to effectively improve safety performance of electric heating film products, thus increasing service life of the film.
