NOVELTY - The piston has a piston main body (1) provide with a piston part (2), a piston ring belt (3) and a piston skirt (4), where the piston main body is made of aluminum alloy. Top surfaces of the piston part and the piston ring belt are coated with a graphene film layer, where thickness of the graphene film layer is 0.2 micron to 1.2 micron. USE - Wearable car piston. ADVANTAGE - The top surface of the piston ring belt is coated with the graphite film layer so as to resist 1000 degrees centigrade temperature for realizing impact resistance and wear resistance function. The piston avoids falling phenomenon so as to greatly prolong piston service life. The piston is simple in structure, and has strong practicability, and reduces manufacturing cost consumption.
