▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A low density polyurethane foam material comprises 80-120 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.5-3 pts. wt. foam stabilizer, 2-5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 40-80 pts. wt. phenyl-containing diisocyanate. The foam stabilizer is prepared by reacting phenyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil and alkenyl polyether in a mass ratio of (2-5):1. USE - The low density polyurethane foam material is used in automobile carpet. ADVANTAGE - The low density polyurethane foam material prepared has good mechanical properties. The foam stabilizer is compatible with phenyl-containing diisocyanate and have excellent lipophilic and hydrophilic properties. The foam stabilizer reduces the stress in the cell wall to stabilize the thinned cell wall and prevents the rapidly growing foam from collapsing until the cell wall has sufficient strength and can be self-supporting. The crosslinking agent and the foam stabilizer jointly improves the mechanical properties of the low density polyurethane foam material.
