NOVELTY - Producing electrode having carbon nano planar structure, comprises (a) coating graphene on a base material of graphite material including titanium, titanium-based alloys, nickel or stainless steel, and (b) heat treating the coated base material. USE - The electrode is useful in waste-water treatment industry, paper industry and chemical industry. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has electric decomposition efficiency.
