▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Performing intrinsic modification of transition metal oxides to introduce oxygen vacancies involves mixing transition metal oxide and the graphene oxide solution in weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:10 to obtain a dispersion. Liquid nitrogen is introduced into the dispersion for 5-10 minutes for freeze drying the dispersion to obtain intermediate sample which is dried to obtain metal oxide and graphene oxide composite which is heated in microwave to obtain modified material. USE - Method for performing intrinsic modification of transition metal oxides to introduce oxygen vacancies (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to perform intrinsic modification of transition metal oxide to obtain modified material with extremely high electrochemical performance.
