NOVELTY - Surface of metal wire is subjected to sanding processing, and wire is washed with water and ethanol. The wire is immersed in chemical silvering solution to form silver cladding on surface. The wire is then immersed in graphene solution to self-assemble layer of graphene. The wire is washed, and immersed in gold nanoparticle sol. The self-assembling processing is carried out for several times to prepare layer-by-layer self-assembly graphene linking coating on surface of the metal wire. USE - Preparation of layer-by-layer self-assembly graphene coated solid phase microextraction fiber used in biochemical, foodstuffs, environment and pharmaceutical fields. ADVANTAGE - The microextraction fiber having excellent mechanical strength, stability and durability is manufactured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Surface of metal wire is subjected to sanding processing, and wire is washed with water and ethanol to remove impurities on the surface and enlarge the superficial area. The wire is immersed in chemical silvering solution for predetermined period to form silver cladding on the surface. The wire is then immersed in graphene solution having sulfhydryl function to self-assemble a layer of graphene. The wire is washed with water and ethanol, and immersed in gold nanoparticle sol. The self-assembling processing is carried out for several times to prepare layer-by-layer self-assembly graphene linking coating on surface of the metal wire.
