NOVELTY - The method involves passing dry acetylene gas. The solvent-A is dissolved in solvent-D and configured as a solution with a concentration of 0.02% to 0.5%. The solvent-B is dissolved in solvent-D and configured as a solution with a concentration of 0.1% to 10%. The solvent-C is dissolved in solvent0-D until saturated solution. The heating and stirring is carried out at the temperature of 90 to 110 degrees C, and the inert gas is introduced for reflux reaction at the duration of 6-24 h. The inert gas is naturally cool to room temperature after the reaction is completed and after quenching the copper acetylene in the mixture to use organic matter to wash to neutrality, remove impurities from the dried product, and dried to obtain graphene. USE - Method for synthesizing graphene used in electronic element or transistor, touch screen, light plate and solar battery at low temperature. ADVANTAGE - The method synthesizes graphene at low temperature, and exhibits good physical and chemical characteristics.
