NOVELTY - A PVC composite pipe comprises 120-145 pts. wt. PVC resin, 10-15 pts. wt. nanoparticles/graphene composite material, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 2-4 pts. wt. modifier, 10-15 pts. wt. composite toughener, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. thermal stabilizer and 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. flame retardant. USE - PVC composite pipe. ADVANTAGE - The PVC composite pipe has excellent toughness and impact resistance. The nanoparticles/graphene composite material reduces fatigue and adhesion of the PVC composite pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of PVC composite pipe, which involves weighing PVC resin, nanoparticles/graphene composite material, thermal stabilizer and composite toughener at 240-250 degrees C, melt blending using a parallel twin-screw extruder, granulating, immersing the obtained pellets in irradiation solution for 15-20 minutes, performing electron beam irradiation, finishing the electron beam irradiation, mixing with compatibilizer, modifier and flame retardant to obtain premix, adding the premix to a twin-screw extruder at 260-280 degrees C, melt blending and extruding.
