NOVELTY - A sulfonated polyaniline-modified sodium bentonite-based reducing agent comprises 1-80 %mass sodium bentonite, 10-55 %mass cement, 1-20 %mass carbon fibers, 0.1-6 %mass graphene, 1-20 %mass carbon black, 0.1-25 %mass ammonium chloride, 0.1-25 %mass calcium oxide, 0.1-35 %mass zinc powder, 0.1-35 %mass aluminum powder, 0.1-35 %mass nickel powder, 1-40 %mass aniline, 1-40 %mass m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 1-40 %mass ammonium persulfate, 0.1-10 %mass sodium polyphosphate, 0.1-10 %mass sodium benzoate and 0.1-10 %mass retarder. USE - Sulfonated polyaniline-modified sodium bentonite-based reducing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfonated polyaniline-modified sodium bentonite-based reducing agent does not produce dust, and is dispersible in water. The non-toxic reducing agent having low resistivity, and excellent antiseptic property, water retention property, mountain rock area resistivity and stability, and is prepared by simple method without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A sulfonated polyaniline-modified sodium bentonite-based reducing agent comprises 1-80 %mass sodium bentonite, 10-55 %mass cement, 1-20 %mass carbon fibers, 0.1-6 %mass graphene, 1-20 %mass carbon black, 0.1-25 %mass ammonium chloride, 0.1-25 %mass calcium oxide, 0.1-35 %mass zinc powder, 0.1-35 %mass aluminum powder, 0.1-35 %mass nickel powder, 1-40 %mass aniline, 1-40 %mass m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, 1-40 %mass ammonium persulfate, 0.1-10 %mass sodium polyphosphate, 0.1-10 %mass sodium benzoate and 0.1-10 %mass retarder. Sodium bentonite, ammonium chloride as reducing agent, aniline, m-aminobenzenesulfonic acid, and sodium polyphosphate and sodium benzoate as corrosion inhibitor are added to water, and stirred to obtain mixed solution (I). The weight ratio of water and sodium bentonite is 2:3. The obtained mixed solution (I) is maintained for 10-60 minutes, and ammonium persulfate is added, reacted for 5-45 minutes and maintained for 10-18 hours. The obtained reaction product, calcium oxide as acid-base buffer, carbon fiber, graphene, carbon black, zinc powder, aluminum powder and nickel powder are mixed uniformly. To the resultant reaction mixture, cement and retarder are added and water content is adjusted as 15-50 wt.% to obtain sulfonated polyaniline-modified sodium bentonite-based reducing agent.
