NOVELTY - Preparing a corrosion-resistant overhead conductor involves mixing graphene oxide, dioctyl phthalate, rare earth oxide and potassium permanganate in the presence of a solvent and filtering to remove the residue M1. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin is added to the filter residue M1, stirred and mixed to prepare a mixture M2. The fluororubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer, mixture M2, magnesia, carbon fiber, silicic acid and processing auxiliary are mixed to obtain a rubber sleeve. The multiple of silver-plated copper clad steels are strand to obtain a core. The rubber sleeve is wrap around the core to obtain a corrosion-resistant overhead conductor. USE - Method for preparing a corrosion-resistant overhead conductor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a corrosion-resistant overhead conductor, which has achieved good corrosion resistance, is not easy to broken, and better adapt to the external environment.
