NOVELTY - Thermally conductive gel is prepared from 2-20 %mass vinyl silicone oil, 75-95 %mass high thermal conductivity filler, 1-3 %mass surface treatment agent, 0.3-1 %mass chain extender, 0.02-0.06 %mass crosslinking agent, 0.1-1 %mass catalyst and 0.05-0.1 %mass inhibitor. USE - Thermally conductive gel. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive gel has high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance, and neither the hardness nor the thermal resistance will increase significantly after high-temperature aging, and the reliability high. The conducting gel silicone oil has high compatibility with the powder system, exhibits lower viscosity, and has high workability in practical applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the thermally conductive gel, comprising (a) mixing vinyl silicone oil and surface treatment agent in a double planetary mixer at room temperature for 5-20 minutes, preferably 5-10 minutes, then adding high thermal conductivity filler, adding high thermal conductivity filler powder in stages, stirring for 10-30 minutes after each addition until it becomes a uniform paste, and then adding the next powder until all the powder addition is completed, (b) heating up to 110-180℃, preferably 120-150℃ for 30-60 minutes, preferably 40-50 minutes, then for 60-120 minutes under vacuum stirring, and the pressure of lower than -0.09 MPa, cooling down to below 40℃, and nitrogen breaks the vacuum, and (c) adding chain extender, after mixing evenly, adding crosslinking agent, inhibitor and catalyst, mixing at room temperature for 10-60 minutes, preferably 20-40 minutes, defoaming for 10-40 minutes, preferably 20-30 minutes, and discharging.
