NOVELTY - An apparatus for mass production of graphene materials based on the electrochemical cathodic plasma method is provided. A graphite electrode is used as a cathode in an electrolytic cell, and one end of the cathode is in contact with the electrolyte. A potential difference is applied between the anode and the cathode by the power supply. The cathode is contacted with the surface of the electrolyte to be exfoliated by a plasma electrochemical reaction to form a graphene material; wherein the cathode is clamped by a lifting stage and the height position thereof is adjusted. The difference of current value between the anode and the cathode is detected by the controller that controls the operation of the lifting stage, so that the surface after the cathode is stripped can be kept in contact with the electrolyte. The reaction can be continued, thereby achieving the purpose of automation and mass production of graphene.
