NOVELTY - Graphene-based highly conductive acid-containing ink comprises 1-20 pts. wt. graphene, 60-90 pts. wt. water, 2-30 pts. wt. organic solvent, 0.2-20 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. surfactant, 0.1-2 pts. wt. additives and 0.01-2 pts. wt. acid including non-volatile strong acid. USE - As graphene-based highly conductive acid-containing ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink promotes dispersion of graphene in the aqueous system, avoids agglomeration by regulating the raw material components and component distribution ratio, has enhanced electron passing efficiency between graphene sheets, improved conductivity, improved dispersion of graphene sheet, and increased dispersion uniformity of graphene, and is beneficial for subsequent acid molecules to enter between the graphene sheets. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene-based highly conductive acid-containing ink, involving (i) mixing graphene with water, and adding surfactant and organic solvent for flattening to obtain an aqueous dispersion of graphene, (ii) adding aqueous resin mixture and additives to the graphene aqueous dispersion and continuously grinding and mixing to obtain a graphene aqueous slurry and (iii) adding acid to the graphene aqueous slurry, continuously grinding and mixing to obtain the product.
