NOVELTY - A partially reduced graphene oxide composite material comprises partially reduced graphene oxide having string-shaped carbon black on surface. The partially reduced graphene oxide has oxygen content of greater than 1 wt.%. USE - Partially reduced graphene oxide composite material used for supercapacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has capacitive properties and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM are included for preparation of composite material comprising dispersing graphite oxide powder in deionized water to obtain first dispersion; adding surfactant with deionized water, and dispersing carbon black to obtain second dispersion; and mixing two dispersions, hydrothermally reacting, filtering, and drying.
