▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an ultra-low infrared emissivity coating, comprises (1) using one of the standard tinplate plate, aluminum alloy plate, titanium alloy plate or more composite materials as substrate, grinding with 360 meshes sandpaper to make the substrate have a specific roughness, and wiping the substrate with paper dipped in alcohol, (2) using the epoxy resin as adhesive to prepare coating, using low molecular polyamide as curing agent, (3) taking specific amount of epoxy resin, curing agent and aluminum powder and pouring into a beaker, (4) mixing absolute ethanol and butyl acetate in a beaker as diluent, and pouring it into a beaker and using a glass rod to fully stirring to disperse, (4) adding 5-9 wt.% silane coupling agent KH560 of the mass of resin matrix in the beaker after the mixing, adding dioctyl phthalate, graphene and fully stirring and dispersing, (6) dispersing the resultant paint and adding small amount of mixed diluent, (7) coating, and (8) curing. USE - The ultra-low infrared emissivity coating is useful in aircraft. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent mechanical property and salt-resistant water performance; and can simultaneously satisfy each kind of aircraft to infrared stealth performance. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for ultra-low infrared emissivity coating (Drawing includes non-English language text).
