NOVELTY - A low-abrasion emission antifouling powder coating contains high hydroxyl polyester resin, hydroxyl acrylic resin, hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer, polyvinylidene fluoride, titanium dioxide, graphene oxide, polyglycerol monostearate, magnesium powder, phosphor, tris(2-methoxyethoxy)(vinyl)silane, 2-hydroxy-4-(octyloxy)benzophenone, perfluorooctanoic acid sodium salt and dimethylacetamide. USE - The low-abrasion emission antifouling powder coating is useful for valve. ADVANTAGE - The antifouling powder coating has low abrasion emission and excellent compatibility, durability, self-cleaning properties and fluorescent display capabilities. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A low-abrasion emission antifouling powder coating contains 57-67 pts. wt. high hydroxyl polyester resin, 24-30 pts. wt. hydroxyl acrylic resin, 4.2-5.8 pts. wt. hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer, 7-12 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride, 1.7-2.9 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1.2-2.4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. polyglycerol monostearate, 6-8 pts. wt. magnesium powder, 2-4 pts. wt. phosphor, 3-5 pts. wt. tris(2-methoxyethoxy)(vinyl)silane, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. 2-hydroxy-4-(octyloxy)benzophenone, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. perfluorooctanoic acid sodium salt and 23-35 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of low-abrasion emission antifouling powder coating.
