NOVELTY - High-tenacity graphene 3D printing photocurable material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 15-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-9 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene, 3-8 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane, 2-10 pts. wt. photoinitiator, 2-6 pts. wt. borazole, 10-15 pts. wt. antioxidant, 20-30 pts. wt. silicon micro powder and 40-60 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as high-tenacity graphene 3D printing photocurable material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high toughness, low viscosity, low polycondensation rate, and short reaction time achieved by embodiments of present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-tenacity graphene 3D printing photocurable material comprising (1) grinding the acrylic resin, the epoxy resin and/or hyaluronic acid in the grinder to obtain grinding mixture; (2) dissolving the grinding mixture in solvent, adding graphene and photoinitiator, and carrying out reaction at 30-40 degrees C for 30-60 minutes; adding sodium bisulfite, trimethylolpropane and antioxidant, heating at 83-150 degrees C for 20-30 minutes; (3) cooling the reaction kettle to 3-15 degrees C, and adding silicon micro powder, and stirring to obtain stirred mixture; and (4) cooling the reaction kettle to normal temperature, continuously adding borazole, and stirring.
