NOVELTY - An amorphous carbon layer is formed on a substrate (100). A graphitizing catalyst layer is formed on amorphous carbon layer. The amorphous carbon layer and graphitizing catalyst layer are heated to crystallize the amorphous carbon layer, and graphene layer (130) is formed on the graphitizing catalyst layer. Thus, graphene is manufactured. USE - Formation of graphene used for graphene structure for transparent electrode (all claimed) for flexible device, plasma display panel and liquid crystal display. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene having high transmittance and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) graphene structure, which has graphitizing catalyst particles (120P), and graphene layer formed on the graphitizing catalyst particles; and (2) transparent electrode.
