NOVELTY - Flame-retardant cotton-imitated polyester-nylon composite superfine fiber comprises 20-40 wt.% superfine wool-like polyester fiber, 30-40 wt.% chinlon fiber and 20-50 wt.% flame-retardant fiber, and blending superfine wool-like polyester fiber, polyamide fiber and flame-retardant fiber to obtain composite superfine fiber. USE - As flame-retardant cotton-imitated polyester-nylon composite superfine fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and the obtained composite superfine fiber has excellent flexibility, stretch resistance, flame retardancy and antibacterial properties, and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing flame-retardant cotton-like polyester-nylon composite superfine fiber, involving (a) uniformly mixing polyester fiber and polyether ester elastic fiber, heating to obtain fiber melt, adding modifier to fiber melt for mixing, adding spinning machine for spinning to obtain fiber tow (A), (b) uniformly mixing chinlon slices, functional modifiers containing large flavin, N,N-di-n-butyldithiocarbamate, butylated hydroxytoluene and graphene oxide, uniformly mixing and melting, extruding to melt, and conveying to melt pipeline, (c) inputting spinning box portion using metering pump, melting and spraying spinning box portion using spinneret plate, and cooling to obtain fiber tow (B), and (c) inputting obtained fiber tow (A), fiber tow (B) and flame-retardant fiber to spinning box, and performing melt spinning and cooling to obtain composite superfine fiber.
