NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene involves mixing graphite powder with fibroin nano fiber solution containing fibroin nano fiber with crystallinity more than 40% diameter of 10-30 nm and length of 100 nm-3 mu m, mechanically stirring at 1-50 rpm, at 10-40 degrees C for 10 minutes to 6 hours, stripping graphene to form graphene layer, removing unstripped graphene, centrifuging obtained solution, and separating graphene.
