NOVELTY - A polyurethane phase change nanocapsule is formed by coating phase change material by amphiphilic block copolymer whose lipophilic end is polyurethane segment and hydrophilic end is methoxypolyethylene glycol segment. USE - The polyurethane phase change nanocapsule is useful for preparing phase change polyurethane pouring sealant (all claimed) used in high-end electronic application requiring temperature control. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane phase change nanocapsule provides phase change polyurethane pouring sealant, which has excellent control temperature compared with the traditional polyurethane pouring sealant, enthalpy value and thermal conductivity while ensuring low viscosity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the polyurethane phase change nanocapsule, which involves adding amphiphilic block copolymer and phase change material to an organic solvent including ethyl acetate, mixing and stirring for 2-6 hours at a reflux temperature, cooling to 20-35degrees Celsius, then adding 0.4-0.6 mmol/mL aqueous solution containing crosslinking agent under strong stirring condition of 1000-1400 rpm, and continuously stirring at 1000-1400 rpm for 1-2 hours. The mass ratio of amphiphilic block copolymer and organic solvent is 1:(1.8-2.2). The mass ratio of the organic solvent and the aqueous solution containing the crosslinking agent is 1:(8-12); (2) a phase change polyurethane pouring sealant, which comprises a component (A) and a component (B) mixed in a mass ratio of (1-5):1 during use. The component (A) comprises 100 pts. wt. isocyanate or polymeric isocyanate, 100-200 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 100-200 pts. wt. polyurethane phase change nanocapsule, and 1-2 pts. wt. additive (A). The component (B) comprises 100 pts. wt. polyol, 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. catalyst, 100-200 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 100-200 pts. wt. polyurethane phase change nanocapsule, and 0.1-1 pt. wt. additive (B); and (3) preparation of the phase change polyurethane pouring sealant, which involves preparing the component (A) by mixing isocyanate or polymeric isocyanate, thermally conductive filler, polyurethane phase change nanocapsule and additive (A), and vacuum stirring at 20-50degrees Celsius for 0.5-5 hours, and preparing component (B) by mixing polyol, catalyst, thermally conductive filler, polyurethane phase change nanocapsules and additive (B), and vacuum stirring at 80-120degrees Celsius for 1-5 hours.
