NOVELTY - Laser composite ductile component surface in-situ self-growing method of graphene comprises coating ductile component with absorption layer and restraint layer, laser shot blasting, preparing simulated topography on surface of ductile component, performing laser irradiation by optical fiber at laser power density of 20-30 W/mm2 and scanning speed of 2-30 mm/second under argon gas protection, forming spherical graphite stripping component, and forming graphene on surface. USE - Method for laser composite ductile component surface in-situ self-growing method of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method adjusts surface roughness of contact interface, improves elastic modulus and shear strength, reduces temperature gradient and improves thermal fatigue resistance of component.
