NOVELTY - Melting and pre-lithiating process involves mixing anode active material, composite conductive agent, adhesive, lithium powder and solvent according to mass ratio of 95-98:0.7-0.9:2-3:8-12:100-110. Anode slurry is coated, rolled and tableted to obtain an anode sheet. The anode sheet is reacted in a nitrogen atmosphere at reaction temperature of 50-300 degrees centigrade for 1-48 hours to obtain the anode sheet after reaction. The anode sheet, cathode sheet and diaphragm are welded into an electric core. Electrolyte is injected to obtain a battery. Lithium ion is embedded in the cathode. USE - Method for melting and pre-lithiating. ADVANTAGE - The lithium nitride is formed by electrochemical method such that lithium nitride releases the lithium ion embedded cathode, compared with other method, it has better uniformity, earlier formed solid electrolyte interface (SEI) is more compact, more accurate, the first efficiency of the battery is high, and energy density is large.
